Technically today is the 1st day on the 'real work' in the sense that the diary tells me to, number one, do case management and number two, to run and see the judge (owh crab! perlu ke running-running ni?)
Today's cases are not many. But I had a case with multiple parties. They have Plaintiff and Defendants (3 defendants) as well as 5 interveners with different lawyers and different applications. Crack my head! because it's not easy to name their documents, affidavits, SICs... the file is thick and messy....
Suddenly aku jem.
Aku selalu bila jem dan tak tahu which one is to go first, aku akan tuliskan what is needful and prioritize....
1) habiskan profile, print out, letak tepi. Nanti panggil odeli ambil fail.
2) habiskan indorsement kes hari ini. Letak tepi. Nanti panggil interpreter.
3) print out causelist dan tunjuk pada dato'. ah sure dia terkujat bila tengok yang 19hb ada banyak gila kes....hush hush...puppies
Eh, ada 3 je benda nak kena buat. Tak banyak pun kan.
See...that's the thing.
